MEET THE FOUNDER
Why I built Offload Apex.
I started in recruitment in 2017 and went on to help job seekers with resume writing. I also worked in sales for career coaching, SaaS, and nonprofits, gaining experience in both finding clients and supporting them.
Since 2023, I’ve worked in reverse recruitment. I saw career coaches balancing client work with the demands of managing different vendors and teams. Keeping everyone on the same page took time away from coaching.
I built Offload Apex to bring sales and delivery support under one roof, giving career coaches and reverse recruiters one partner to turn to and less to coordinate.
